If you have a special event coming up consider our Deep Cleaning package. It’s our top to bottom cleaning package which includes the most thorough cleaning package. Every reachable surface within your home or office will either be wiped down or scrubbed by our professional trained staff.

Regular Cleaning

K&I’s most basic cleaning package is designed for anyone that does not require spot cleaning. This cleaning package is an affordable package that typically compliments our Deep Cleaning package. Move In / Move Out

K&I’s Empty Home Move In/Out cleaning package is perfect for anyone that needs an empty house, apartment, or condo cleaned. This is typically reserved for people that are moving in or out of a property. In some cases, we can work directly with property manager if a checklist is required in order to receive your full security deposit.
